Crafted with purpose.
Made to last.
Kalakraft is a curated marketplace for handcrafted resin art, ceramics and décor from India's most thoughtful makers — built so one-of-a-kind pieces find homes that love them.
We started in a shared studio with three resin artists.
Kalakraft began in 2021 when we kept getting asked the same question by friends: where do I buy art that doesn't feel mass-produced? The answer existed — India has more skilled makers per square mile than anywhere on earth — but it was scattered across small workshops, Instagram DMs, and weekend markets.
So we built the bridge. A platform where artisans keep ownership of their craft and pricing, and collectors find pieces with provenance — who made it, where, what it's made of, and how to care for it.
Three years on, we work with 200+ makers across the country, ship to homes in 20+ countries, and still inspect every piece by hand before it leaves the studio.
Kalakraft is the first platform that treated my work like art instead of inventory.
Four things we refuse to compromise on.
Hand-finished, never rushed
Every piece is poured, cured and finished by a single maker. No assembly lines, no shortcuts.
Fair to the maker
Artisans set their own price floor and keep at least 70% of every sale. Always.
Materials we'd live with
Food-safe resins, reclaimed brass and locally sourced woods. We refuse to ship what we wouldn't keep.
Quality-checked twice
Each piece passes the maker's review and a second studio inspection before it leaves for your home.
From a shared studio to homes around the world.
